Lactation Consultation

Each visit is completely personalized to your specific needs and goals so you and your baby get the most benefit right from the start. At your visit we will discuss your health history, weigh your baby, do an assessment, and go over a feeding to help with any problems you may be having. Feeding plans are adjusted for you every step of the way.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle and subtle way of working with the body. Babies have gone through a lot to get here and may have places in the body that are “stuck” or don’t move well. When all parts of the body move freely the body is better able to find balance and improve overall function. Because CST is very gentle, it is a perfect way to help babies regain balance in their bodies.

Home Visits

Home visits are a great way to get personalized help in the places that you will be feeding your baby the most. You do not have to worry about packing your baby and supplies up, getting somewhere on time, and then waiting to be seen. A typical first visit is usually 1.5-2 hours based on you and your baby's needs.

Virtual Visits

Virtual visits are a convenient and vital aspect of contemporary care, simplifying the process of obtaining the lactation support you need when you need it! We will connect via a secure video platform and see the advantages this can offer!

Pricing

I am also in network with Pacific Source Commercial plans and Providence Health plan.

For out of network insurance, payment is due at the time of service by cash, check, credit, or FSA/HSA. A superbill will be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can talk about options for out of network.
